4. DOT Accreditation Certificate, 2×2 photos and COE files Requirements – .png, .jpeg and .jpg file type | Max 2MB file size.

Go to https://membership.tpb.gov.ph/login/
Please use your approved and registered email address as your username.
2. Authentication Code
Once email address and password confirmed, Authentication code will be send to your registered email address, please check your inbox/promotions/spam folder.
If your registered email address is not active or not accessible anymore, please email [email protected] to request a change email address.
You can also try to login using Backup Authentication Codes
You can download the set of backup authentication codes when you setup your Two-Factor Authentication. If you don’t have a copy you can request it, just chat with our live customer service (click chat icon or helpdesk at the lower right corner of this page)
How to login using backup authentication Codes?
- Step 1: Enter your email address and password then click login
- Step 2: Click Backup Authentication Codes
- Step 3: Enter one of the one-time use code
- Step 4: Check Remember Device for 30 days
- Step 5: Click Submit button
3. I have been locked out in my account. How to whitelist my account?
The website is limited to (3) three login attempts; If you have been locked out due to invalid credentials. Kindly wait 15 minutes for you to release on the lockout list, or please coordinate with the membership committee at [email protected] to safelist or whitelist your account or chat with our live customer service (click chat icon or helpdesk at the lower right corner of this page)

2. Click Forgot Password?
3. Enter your registered email address
4. Once done click get new password
5. Check the reset link to your registered email address (please check your inbox/promotions/spam folder)
