TPB Members Explore #CaragaBeyondItsWaves 
The Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) Philippines brought 20 travel agents and tour operators to the Caraga Region from June 30 to July 4 for the second run of the TPB Members’ Familiarization Tour Program 2025.
The tour offered a diverse range of destinations and activities, including a gastronomic experience at Natad ni Olympia and a glimpse into the region’s rich history through visits to Banza Church Ruins and the Butuan Archaeological Park.
The TPB members also had an enriching cultural immersion with the Agusanon Manobo Tribe at Panlabuhan Floating Village, located in the Agusan Marsh Wildlife Sanctuary. Other program highlights included swimming at the Enchanted River and Tinuy-an Falls.
Moreover, product presentations and a networking night with local tourism stakeholders were organized to further support TPB members in creating appealing tour packages for the region. The familiarization tour in Butuan City, Agusan del Sur, and Surigao del Sur was held in partnership with the Department of Tourism – Caraga Region.
