Dear TPB Members:
The Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) is pleased to inform you that the Department of Tourism (DOT), through its Project and Investment Evaluation Division (PIED) of the Office of Tourism Standards and Regulation, has entered into an employment partnership program with Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), by way of a conducting a series of Virtual Job Fairs.
IBPAP, as the enabling association for the information technology and business process management industry in the Philippines, plays a pivotal role in sustaining the growth of the ITBPM industry. The said collaboration assists our displaced tourism workers in the new normal by providing a practical and appropriate tool to connect them to employment.
Please see attached TPB Circular through this link to see the list of companies currently hiring, schedule of events, sites hiring and registration links, for your information.
Attached are posters on the events.
For more details, our members may contact the DOT’s
Ms. Maria Consuelo E. Montoro or Ms. Rutherlyn Gutierrez through email [email protected]
Also, we would like to request a few minutes of your time to fill out a survey form from the Department’s knowledge partner, PriceWaterHouseCoopers (PwC), or Philippines’ Isla Lipana. The survey seeks an update on the current impact of the worldwide pandemic on the Tourism Industry in the new normal. You may access the online survey through the following link: www.pwc.com/ph/2021-ceo-survey.
For your reference, PwC also prepared a survey in 2020 as presented to the private sector (see the last year’s survey results — A Whole New World: Reigniting the Stalled Global
Economy. www.pwc.com/ph/ceosurvey).
Thank you for your continued support.
