That TPB reserves the right to revoke and/or terminate the authorization above granted, should the usage of promotional materials (videos, images, e-brochures, etc.) contradict the TPB policy. Revocation and/or termination will be exercised whenever TPB deems it necessary;
That unauthorized usage shall be ground to terminate the membership status.
